Advantages of die casting over conventional sand casting are, in particular, the high cooling rates, through which the cast workpieces obtain a relatively fine-grained and dense structure, which later permits substantially higher mechanical stresses.

In addition, the mold casting is characterized by a relatively thin-walled and very good pourability, with high dimensional accuracy in the tenths range. This makes it easy to realize even very complex housing structures.

Brass die casting

Brass is a material that has always been traditionally processed in the mould casting process.
We, too, have been working with brass since the company was founded in 1954.
