Computer-controlled core casting machines create the conditions for high-quality production in our core making facility. A hand-operated machine also supports us with sample or small-scale production. Even complex molds are routinely prepared by our skilled workers. Due to our extensive expertise in core-intensive casting, we also produce nested core packages and cores with inserts as well as molds with additional cores.

To ensure that the customer can expect an absolutely consistent quality in the series production, regular tests are carried out. These include the incoming goods control of the quartz sand, as well as the determination of the glow loss, the testing of the core strength and dimensional accuracy. On request, we are also happy to prepare test reports for our customers.
